Where can I buy or reload my LoyalTea® Card?
You can buy or reload your LoyalTea® Card balance in any of our participating cafés or on our website.
Do I need to register my card to take advantage of the benefits of the LoyalTea® program?
Unregistered cards will only be able to still accrue up to 3 drink credit points. Therefore, your LoyalTea® Card needs to be registered to enjoy all the benefits of our program.
What are the benefits of registering my LoyalTea® Card!
By registering your LoyalTea® Card you start earning free drinks after buying 10. You also get many other exciting rewards such as free drink on the month of your birthday, 10% Off Food+Drink Combo, $5 bonus for every $50 you load and more! How can I check the balance of my LoyalTea® Card?
If I forget to present my LoyalTea® Card at the time of purchase, can I get the free drink reward credit later?
Yes, you can! Please note that the following conditions must apply for you to request your points:
1. Your Argo LoyalTea® Card must be registered
2. Your purchase must be within the last two weeks. Sorry, we cannot honor credits if your purchase is more than two weeks old
3. You have the receipt information with the receipt number, date and location where the purchase was made.
To request credits to your LoyalTea® Card, please select "Request Points" from the LoyalTea® menu dropdown on our website. Please note that we can only add credits for drink purchases.
What happens if I lose my card?
If your card is registered, you can pick a brand new card from our cafe and
fill out the Balance Transfer Request form
to move the balance from your lost card to your new card. It's that easy!
Sorry, we can only move the balance from registered cards. We are not responsible for the balance on lost or stolen cards, thus we encourage you to pick a new card and fill the Balance Transfer Request Form as soon as possible. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for the balance transfer to be in effect.
Can I register multiple cards under the same username?
Absolutely! Just login to your LoyalTea® account and use the "Attach Card" feature to add new cards. Once added, the new cards will be automatically registered.
Can I transfer the balance from one LoyalTea® Card onto another?
If your card is registered, you can transfer it onto another LoyalTea® Card by filling out the Balance Transfer Request form. Please read our terms and conditions for more information.
What time do I need to get my morning drinks to earn double points?
We are no longer offering the double points accrual of our Our "Early Bird" promotion. As of February 15, 2013, any drink purchases regardless of the time of day will earn single drink credit points.
How do I get my $5 bonus for the money I loaded?
If you have a registered LoyalTea® Card, you earn $5 bonus for every $50 your load on your card. The bonus $5 will be applied to your card instantly for every $50. Please note that the bonus only applies to registered and not to brand new un-registered cards. The bonus also does not apply to incrementally loaded $50.

By using an Argo LoyalTea® Card, you agree to the following terms and conditions: Argo LoyalTea® Card may only be used for making purchases at participating Argo Tea stores, and are not redeemable for cash. If your Argo LoyalTea® Card is lost, stolen, or destroyed, it can be replaced with the balance remaining on it at the time of your call or at the time you report the loss through our website (by filling out the Balance Request form), but only if your card is registered with Argo Tea. Once you request the Balance Transfer of your lost LoyalTea® Card, we will freeze the remaining balance on your card at the time you notify us and will load that remaining balance on a replacement Argo LoyalTea® Card. You can protect your card against loss or theft by registering it online. Cards that are not registered may not be replaced if lost, stolen, destroyed, altered or used without the owner's permission.
