We cannot delete your personal information except by also deleting your user account. We may not accommodate a request to change information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect.

Where you provide consent to the processing of your Personal Data by Argo, you may withdraw your consent at any time by sending a communication to Argo via email at support@argotea.com specifying the specific consent you are withdrawing. Please note that the withdrawal of your consent does not affect the lawfulness of any processing activities based on such consent before its withdrawal.

You have the right to lodge complaints about the data processing activities carried out by Argo before a competent data protection authority.

 

How We Safeguard Your Information

Argo protects your information using technical, physical, and administrative security measures to reduce the risk of loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure or modification of your information. When you transmit highly sensitive information (such as a credit card number) through our website, we encrypt the transmission of that information using the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol.

You also have the right to request that we delete personal information we collected from you subject to certain exceptions.

You also have the right to not be discriminated against, and we do not discriminate, in pricing and services because you exercise any of your rights under the CCPA.

You may be required to submit proof of your identity for these requests to be processed as a verifiable consumer request. We may not be able to comply with your request if we are unable to confirm your identity or to connect the information you submit in your request with personal information in our possession.
